Refund Policy

As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for paid distance-selling subscriptions under EU consumer law, unless the Service has started with your consent before the period ends and the withdrawal right has been waived as permitted by law. Practical refunds and billing are also handled according to Paddle's guidelines, since Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record.

We typically respond within 5-7 business days . The time for refunds to appear depends on your bank and payment method.

For B2B subscriptions, contract terms and commercial conditions apply in addition to consumer protection rules where relevant; refunds are handled case by case based on current terms and applicable law.
