Terms of Service

These terms apply to the DamnGoodSales online service ("Service"). The Service is provided by Riku Miettinen. By registering and using the Service, you accept these terms.

Paid subscriptions are processed via Paddle . Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR) as described in its own buyer terms and policies , including VAT and customer billing where applicable.

Current monthly prices are: Pro €9.99 / month and Team €19.99 / month (incl. VAT where applicable under Paddle pricing). Prices may change; new pricing applies to new billing periods or notified renewals as applicable.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the limits of these terms and your selected plan. You may not copy, sell, or rent the Service source code or attempt to bypass technical restrictions.

You are responsible for the data you store in the Service (e.g., leads and contact data) and for having the necessary rights and permissions to process personal data. You must not use the Service in violation of law or third-party rights.

You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through the Service settings or Paddle customer portal where applicable. Cancellation applies to future billing periods unless consumer protection law or Paddle policy states otherwise. Free-tier usage may continue or end depending on features.

We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account if you breach these terms or for justified reasons (e.g., security).

Charges are collected at the start of the billing period or according to Paddle policy. Late payments may result in Service limitations. Refunds are handled according to the refund policy and Paddle guidelines.

We strive for high availability, but the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages or losses to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumers may have mandatory rights under the laws of their country of residence.
